If there is access to the internet for all learners at the school, it is recommended that learners access the case study via the internet. However if  internet facilities are not available to learners, the teacher can print the case study for the

CONDUCTING THE CLASSROOM ACTIVITIES

It is recommended that teachers provide learners with all the activities, together with a time line, showing by when each task should be completed.

Learners should also be provided with the Specific Outcomes so that they are able to see where the activities they are involved in are going.  This may be done in the form of a chart and can be put up on the class notice board.
