HRG: David Kast
David Kast joined HRG in 1973 as Assistant Branch Manager and has held various roles since including Branch Manager, Training Manager, Group Human Resources Manager and Head of Training and Development before his promotion to Head of Human Resources in 1999.
A Chartered Member of the Institute of Personnel & Development and Member of the Institute of Travel & Tourism, David in his current role is responsible for Human Resources and Training and Development within the UK as well as a liaison role for HR with overseas entities. During his time with the company David has predominately overseen the development of the Human Resources and Training Function of HRG over the last 28 years.
David is married with three grown up children, two of whom have followed his passion of travel and also work in the travel industry. In his spare time he enjoys taking part in amateur theatre productions.
