Air Canada International and National Student Exchange

This proposal is submitted as an application to invite Air Canada to partner with the Canadian Academy of Travel & Tourism in a national and international student exchange program.

The Canadian Academy of Travel & Tourism is seeking discounted airfares that will allow these exchanges to take place. We trust you will be able to provide industry concessionary airfares to cover Air Canada costs but that will allow the pilot and expansion of the Academy student exchanges to occur.

1) Pilot Oct., 1998: BC/all Academy sites in Canada/UK student exchange (projection: 40 fares - national/ 40 fares - international) in conjunction with the Tourism Immersion ’98 Student Conference at Mt. Washington, BC

2) 1999 school year: variety of exchanges being planned with Canada and UK (projection: increase of 10%)

3) 2000 school year: evolving (projection: increase of 20%)
