Leading the Consumer businesses of dnata Travel in the region, Ailsa is responsible for the continued growth of dnata’s travel retail network, our e-commerce travel, as well as overseeing Emirates Holiday’s globally.
Ailsa joined the management team in 2009. She was involved in the acquisition of and is on the Board of Directors for Travel Republic, acquired by dnata in 2011, Gold Medal and Stella Travel Services, both acquired in 2014.
Prior to joining the Emirates Group in 2009, Ailsa’s previous roles included COO of Leisurecorp, and Director of the real estate and hospitality advisory group at PricewaterhouseCoopers in the Middle East. She started her career as a strategic consultant with Accenture (Andersen Consulting), and also worked in Sainsbury’s investment division (a FTSE 100 retail group). She has an Executive MBA from London Business School, and holds a Diploma in Company Direction from the Institute of Directors in the UK.
